Dallas Police Help Families Celebrate With Easter Eggs – NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

Bestinau got that-

On Saturday, the Dallas Executive Airport teamed up with the Dallas Police Air One Unit and provided the “wow factor” to many excited kids as they dropped hundreds of candy and prize-filled Easter eggs.

During the Paint the Sky celebration, hundreds of colored eggs were dropped from a 206 Jet Ranger as it hovered over the Dallas Executive Airport.

In addition to the egg drop, attendees could enjoy music, art demonstrations, bouncy castles and a giant egg hunt with over 50,000 eggs.

“Because of COVID, we couldn’t have this last year, so we definitely missed the egg drop,” said Agent Moore.

“There’s no better way to celebrate Easter than by bringing so many happy families together and giving us the chance to put a smile on their children’s faces.”

The Paint the Sky party started in 2016 and has grown every year.

The event was free and attracted more than 5,000 children.
