Bestinau got that-

More than a century of history has been destroyed by an out-of-control fire at Kapunda High School in South Australia.

Alarm went off around 9 p.m. Tuesday after the campus classroom on the school’s West Terrace campus went up in flames.

When the emergency services arrived, they found the monumental stone administration building completely on fire.

Daylight has revealed the full extent of the damage to the monumental building. (9News)

It took about 80 firefighters three hours to bring the blaze under control.

Former teacher Paul McCarthy told 9News about his devastation.

“I’ve invested quite a bit in this school,” Mr. McCarthy said, holding back his tears.

The cause of the fire is not yet known, but the police consider the fire suspicious.

The school will remain closed while the investigation is ongoing.
