Head of Sales Operations – London

Our client, a leading sales and distribution company in the UK, has exclusively asked us to find a capable head of sales operations to manage all aspects of their sales operations.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with your sales colleagues and client publishers, this is a great opportunity to join a friendly, successful non-corporate trading book representation team.

The company is highly respected in book distribution and represents leading clients of commercial book publishers.

As the Head of Sales Operations, you’ll be a key point of contact for client publishers, supporting the operations of major accounts and reps, managing inventory, and analyzing sales and market data.

You will also be responsible for directing a team colleague and you will be given the ability to oversee the activities of key online accounts.

We would like to hear from Sales Operations candidates with good experience in book publishing or sales administration.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary. There’s a lot of flexibility as you have the option to work hybrid, either completely remotely or from the company’s North London offices.
