The 49-year-old actress posted a snippet of her routine on her Instagram story, and damn it! The girl can jump!

Jen is no stranger to the gym. She is currently working with trainer Beth Nicely, founder of The Limit. The training method combines dance, HIIT and sculpture moves led by Broadway performers, professional dancers and former Rockettes.

In preparation for the film, Simone had Jen train for one to two hours per session, six days a week.
