Kylie Jenner Shares Pregnancy Weight Gain Instagram Story

Kylie Jenner posted about her pregnancy and postpartum weight in a new Instagram story.

For context, Kylie gave birth to her second child with Travis Scott back in early February. While initially the couple revealed that their son’s name was Wolf, they have since changed it.

On her Instagram story, Kylie shared a video of her walking on a treadmill with the caption, “Gained 60 lbs again this pregnancy.”

She then shared that she’d lost 40 pounds in the three months since giving birth, adding, “Just trying to be healthy and patient. Walking/pilates is my favorite combo.”

People can lose up to 20 pounds shortly after giving birth, due to the baby’s weight, placenta, and other fluids — but everyone’s postpartum weight is different. Moreover, it almost goes without saying that Kylie has access to resources far beyond the average new parent.

This isn’t the first time Kylie has spoken about her postpartum body. In a series of treadmill Instagram stories, she said, “We can go on the internet, and it might look a lot easier for other people, and put the pressure on us, but it hasn’t been easy for me either.” Later, she shared an image of her son’s feet on her postpartum stomach.

With Kylie’s first child, Stormi, she further discussed feeling “insecure” about her body on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Just three weeks later, Kylie posted about her abs “making a comeback.”

In fact, Kylie was recently called out for appearing to hire her own photographer for her first postpartum red carpet at The Kardashians premiere — which, as a viral TikTok pointed out, would allow her more control over editing the images.
