A man appeared in court Monday after a group of football cops were allegedly held at gunpoint during an armed robbery in Moss Side. Among them was Dane Rashford, brother of Manchester United star Marcus Rashford.
Two men, Talleko Lemonious and Romario Harmer, were later charged by detectives. Mr Lemonious has been charged with nine offences, including theft and possession of a shotgun.
He appeared in court today (Monday, March 21) following the alleged assault, which the court said took place on January 12, 2019 at the Little Rock restaurant in Moss Side.

The 26-year-old appeared via video link Monday afternoon before magistrates charged with five thefts, two counts of possession of an Italian-made double-barreled shotgun, unlawful possession of a baseball bat and possession of a machete in a public place. Place.
Mr Lemonious, of Shady Lane, Wythenshawe, spoke only to confirm his name and date of birth in court. No funds have been submitted at this stage.
The brothers of Marcus Rashford and his Liverpudlian colleague Trent Alexander-Arnold were among the alleged victims of the attack, which took place while they were having breakfast.
Mr Harmer previously appeared before magistrates on March 1 and will appear before the Manchester Crown Court next month, on April 5, for a pre-trial hearing. mr. Lemonious will then appear before the Manchester Crown Court on April 25.
