Lindsay Lohan did a video for Vogue where she “collapses” eighteen of her looks from 1998 to the present. Lilo kicks off with the red carpet premiere of the parentage and ends with a promotional photo of her and Agree Overstreet on the set of Netflix’s upcoming Christmas rom-com, Fall for Christmas. Sadly, Vogue has omitted all of its mid-2000s cross flashes. Boo!

Lindsay, 35, cringes at a 2002 photo of her wearing a Juicy sweatsuit with flip flops and a scarf. She explains that for a April Lavigne vibe, inspired by her role as rocker chick in Crazy Friday† For her role in Confessions of a Teen Drama Queen, she says she asked to dress like Britney Spears. Lindsay also looks back at all the outfits she wore while hosting the 2004 MTV Movie Awards, admitting that she insisted on changing more costumes than she did then. Sarah Jessica Parker hosted in 2000. She goes on to say that she wanted to play Regina George in mean girlsbut the director and Tina Fey convinced her to stay with Cady. Then she reflects on her “change for fashion” days, circa 2005. You know, when she initially lost a lot of weight and went blonde. Lindsay says:

Nobody wanted me to dye my hair blonde. Everyone was like, don’t do that. You’re going to ruin your red hair… especially, like my mom. This is the problem. If you go from red to blonde, and you do it in a hurry, it turns yellow. This is the real hard fact. Do not change your natural red hair.

Lindsay looks at a picture of herself, Felicity Huffman, and Jane Fonda on the red carpet for 2007 Georgian ruleand remembers Jane’s reaction when she showed up just three minutes late:

I was known to be three hours late. It was three minutes. She waited for me, tapped her foot, as if she, “Lindsay! We are all waiting!” I was so ashamed it never happened again.

Um, definitely Lilo. Vogue added a photo of Lindsay posing with the late Karl Lagerfeld, and she sang his praises. She claims that the late designer “treated me like his daughter”, and even wrote Dina Lohan an adoption letter so he could travel with her to Paris. If Karl Lagerfeld offers to adopt you, my usual advice would be:“RUN, BITCH!” But taking over from Dina and Michael Lohan† Maybe little Lilo would have been better off.
