Bestinau got that-
Traci Braxton died two weeks ago after a years-long battle with esophageal cancer, and her husband Kevin Surratt and management scheduled a final viewing for Traci that was both in person and via Zoom links.
Well, MTO News learned that the Braxton sisters weren’t happy with the way the viewing service was planned – so they boycott it.
MTO News spoke to a close relative of the sisters who told us, “Traci’s husband Kevin was doing too much with the funeral. It was almost like trying to get rid of it.”
Here’s what another person told the Ny Posts’s Page Six:
“Traci didn’t want a funeral or wake. She didn’t want people looking all over her body. She specifically asked to be cremated immediately… There was a Zoom meeting that made it clear what she wanted, and now her husband is trying to cash in on her name.”
Traci’s wake took place last week and none of her sisters showed up, nor did her mother Evelyn Braxton. Traci’s father, Michael Conrad Braxton, was in attendance. But according to reports, he was initially turned away from the door “because he was not on the list”.
Traci’s son speaking at the funeral. Her sisters boycotted!!
“He was so upset he wasn’t on the list. Someone from the church recognized him and let him in and he had to sit in the fourth row,” the insider told Page Six
What a mess.
But the Braxton sisters plan their own departure to Traci next week on her birthday. The sisters’ service will be filled with celebs, and MTO News has learned it can even be streamed live so fans can attend as well.
And don’t worry, Traci will also be attending her sisters’ “second” wake. MTO News has confirmed that her body was created after death.
