According to the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, evacuations were lifted Wednesday night and roads reopened after the blaze was 100% under control.

Firefighters will continue to monitor and mop the blaze for the next few days, the Sheriff’s Office said.

The fire that broke out on Monday afternoon covered an area of ​​14.6 hectares. It is located east of Estes Park at the gateway to Soul Shine Road off Highway 34, between Estes Park and Drake.
